A total of nine teams will compete over three days 19-21 May 2024 at ICC Sydney as part of Foodservice Australia. The teams will prepare, cook and serve a two course menu for 54 guests and judges. Kitchen teams will consist of a team manager and three qualified chefs. International, regional and military teams are invited to take part.
Teams will be paid $1500 to assist with travel and accommodation & food cost of $400. The top 3 teams will be awarded cash and prizes.
